Facebook Confirmed Security Breach on Friday By Java 0day. Facebook is one of leading social media with more than 1 billion members. According to Facebook blog, "We have found no evidence that Facebook user data was compromised.". Hacker use malware to get excess of Facebook developers systems.
it is also confirmed that Facebook teams up with FBI to probe 'Malware attack'.

According to Facebook Security Notes

"There are a few important points that people on Facebook should understand about this attack:

- Foremost, we have found no evidence that Facebook user data was compromised.
- We will continue to work with law enforcement and the other organizations and entities affected by this attack. It is in everyone’s interests for our industry to work together to prevent attacks such as these in the future."

Hackers use java zero-day to bypass sandbox to install malware.
According to Facebook "After analyzing the compromised website where the attack originated, we found it was using a "zero-day" (previously unseen) exploit to bypass the Java sandbox (built-in protections) to install the malware. We immediately reported the exploit to Oracle, and they confirmed our findings and provided a patch on February 1, 2013, that addresses this vulnerability."

Oracle Corporation the owner of Java, has since issued a security patch that it says has fixed the problem. In its post, Facebook said it received the Java fix two weeks ago.

Facebook never mentioned the word “hack” in describing the breach. That, no doubt, was by design because hacking is a good thing in Zuckerberg’s vernacular.

One thing prove again that Hackers are no easy to stop. Their is nothing like 100% security. Its just matter of time.

250,000 Twitter accounts Compromised By Hackers

One of leading social media site Twitter reported that their sever is compromised by hackers and hackers may have gained access to information on 250,000 of its more than 200 million active users.

Anonymous hackers were able to gain access to around 250,000 accounts on the social networking site, including usernames, email addresses and passwords. According to some hackers, Chinese Anonymous hackers are involved but this was not confirmed by Chinese government. The Chinese foreign ministry could not be reached for comment Saturday, but the Chinese government has said those accusations are baseless and that China itself is a victim of cyber attacks.

Twitter discovered that the attackers may have stolen user names, email addresses and encrypted passwords belonging to 250,000 users they describe as "a very small percentage of our users." The company reset the pilfered passwords and sent emails advising the affected users.

Bob Lord, Twitter's director of information security, said the attack was "not the work of amateurs" and the company did not believe it was an isolated incident.

"Our investigation has thus far indicated that the attackers may have had access to limited user information – usernames, email addresses, session tokens and encrypted/salted versions of passwords – for approximately 250,000 users," Lord said. "As a precautionary security measure, we have reset passwords and revoked session tokens for these accounts.

"This attack was not the work of amateurs, and we do not believe it was an isolated incident. The attackers were extremely sophisticated, and we believe other companies and organizations have also been recently similarly attacked."

Google.ma & Google.co.ma Hacked By ZombiE_KsA

Google.ma, Google.co.ma Morocco once again Hacked By ZombiE_KsA. Google.ma DNS is vunerable and can be exploited. So this time again DNS registar server is hit by SQL injection and Google.ma real DNS changed index page to Pakbugs Deface Page.

There are many strange news and fake deface pages of PakBugs can be found in Cyber Space. We are confirming that this Hack was done by Real ZombiE_KsA. There came some information that ZombiE_KsA X team mate spo0fer may involve in this new PakBugs. One thing is for sure that this kind of fights between Hacker may resultant bad for both sides and also giving really bad impression about Pakistani Hackers.

Turkguvenligi also twitter about this Matter and Identified the fake mail ID's used in these recent hacks.
